Role:ServiceNow CPQ – Business Analyst
Duration:6 Months (3 + 3 Months Extension)
Work Mode:Fully Remote
Key Responsibilities
• Understand client business requirements related to ServiceNow CPQ and CRM processes
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• Recommend process improvements and best practices
• Participate in and conduct Agile/Scrum ceremonies
• Collaborate with stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams
Required Skills & Experience
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow CPQ
• Good knowledge of CRM and Quote-to-Cash lifecycle
• Experience in requirement gathering and documentation
• Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in Agile environments
