Stored information

Submitted job titles, companies, locations, salaries, descriptions and application links are stored for moderation and publication. Do not submit confidential information or applicant personal data.

Cookies and security

User authentication uses verified session cookies. Administrator login uses an eight-hour session cookie. Hashed session identifiers and security rate counters are stored server-side. This application does not add advertising or analytics cookies.

Membership information

Guest shortlists use browser local storage. Account shortlists and application status are stored against your user ID on the server. Your email, name, membership expiry, payment requests and transaction references support account access and payment review. Banking passwords and card information are not collected.

External services

Imported jobs come from Remotive, We Work Remotely, Himalayas, Jobicy and Remote OK. Following application links takes you to a separate service with its own privacy practices. When configured, Supabase stores records in the project database. A hosting provider may independently retain request logs.

Wire payments

Wire hosted checkout has its own service terms. Our server stores order IDs, amounts, statuses and provider payment IDs. This site does not receive card details or banking passwords. A checkout return alone never activates access; the server verifies payment.

Corrections and deletion

An administrator can correct or remove listings. Backups may retain older records until their next retention cleanup. Before public launch, the operator must configure contact details and a retention policy.
